Kdo dřív příjde a fyzicky obsadí místo, má právo tam zůstat.
Provozovatel si vyhrazuje právo na zabrání prostoru pro vlastní účely např.
-stanoviště rozhlasu, výjezd a příjezd vozidel atd.
